MY FAVORITE CHICKEN TERIYAKI 
2 whole chicken breasts (4 halves), skinned & boned
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced or 1/2 tsp. powdered garlic
1/4 tsp. powdered ginger
1 cube chicken bouillon

This makes plenty of marinade for about 4 pieces of chicken. Use microwave to dissolve honey and bouillon in the soy sauce. Place chicken on outdoor grill and brush with extra marinade. Bring leftover marinade to boiling in the microwave and use at the table.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
