TERIYAKI CHICKEN 
4-6 chicken breasts or chicken legs & thighs
1/3 c. soy sauce
2 1/2 tbsp. honey
1/4 c. salad oil
1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp. ground ginger

Combine all ingredients, in a bowl or plastic bag and place chicken in mixture. Refrigerate at least 4 hours. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about an hour. if chicken is deboned, deskinned only cook about 30-40 minutes.
