CHICKEN TERIYAKI BARBEQUE 
1 (3 1/2 lb.) chicken, cut into 4ths or 8ths
3/4 c. soy sauce (light or reg.)
1 c. sherry wine
6-8 cloves garlic, slivered
1 tbsp. honey
2 lg. onions, sliced
1/8 tsp. powdered ginger (scant) may use fresh ginger

Stir together soy sauce, sherry wine, honey and ginger. Put chicken in marinade and add onions and garlic. Stir to cover chicken completely with all ingredients. Marinate for 1 1/2 hours. Cook on charcoal grill, turning so that all sides are brown.
