1 c. butter
2 1/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tbsp. evaporated milk
5 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter, sugar and eggs, and add rest of ingredients. Roll 1/4-inch thick and cut out. Bake at 400 degrees about 9 minutes, or just until edges start browning. Decorate with icing and sprinkles.
