CHINESE CASSEROLE 
2 1/2 cans chow mein noodles
1 can Chinese vegetables, drained
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of water
1 can sliced water chestnuts
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 jar sliced mushrooms
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. nuts
2 lbs. ground beef

Brown ground beef; add onion and celery to beef and cook until tender. Combine this with remaining ingredients and bake in well greased casserole at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
