CHINESE CASSEROLE 
2 cans solid pack tuna
1 can mushroom soup
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. whole cashew nuts
1 (4 oz.) can button mushrooms, drained
2 c. canned Chinese Chow Mein Noodles
1/4 c. minced onion or chopped green onion tops
1 c. chopped celery

Drain tuna and break it into bite size chunks.

Mix together the mushroom soup, water and soy sauce.

Combine tuna, mushroom soup mixture and all remaining ingredients except 1 cup of the noodles. Mix gently and place in casserole. Refrigerate.

When ready to bake, sprinkle remaining cup of noodles on top and bake at 375 degrees, uncovered, for 40 minutes.
