ONE DISH MEAL PASTA SALAD | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. pasta of choice 1 (6 1/2 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts 1 (14 oz.) can hearts of palm, sliced, drained 1 sm. head broccoli, broken into sm. flowerets Red bell pepper, coarsely chopped 3 stalks celery, sliced 6 green onions, sliced 3-4 tbsp. capers or as desired Cook pasta al dente. Add all other ingredients including artichoke hearts marinade. If desired, add a little lemon juice or rice vinegar. Chill and serve. Serves 8. |
