HOT SPINACH DIP 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. Monterey Jack, shredded
1 or 2 tomatoes
1/2 c. milk
Jalapeno peppers, chopped

Thaw spinach, softened cream cheese, wedge tomatoes. Combine everything into a baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve on crackers or Nacho chips.
