HOT AND SPICY SPINACH DIP 
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen spinach
1 pkg. (10 oz.) hot prepared Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
Crackers, tortilla chips or raw vegetables cut into bite size

In a medium saucepan, cook spinach according to package directions. Drain well. Add cheese and toss to blend. Cook on low heat on stove or on medium in microwave until cheese is thoroughly melted. Stir and serve with crackers, tortilla chips or raw vegetables. Makes 6 to 8 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
