7-8 lg. potatoes
1 lg. onion
4-5 carrots
1 stick butter

Peel and slice potatoes and carrots. Dice onions. Place potatoes, carrots and onions in 8 x 10 inch cake pan. Dot butter over and sprinkle generously with Lawry's seasoning. Cover with foil. Place on hot grill approximately 1 hour.

Time Saver: Microwave potatoes and carrots for 20 minutes, then add to other ingredients and grill 20-30 minutes.
