Sweet potatoes
Butter
Salt and pepper

Boil sweet potatoes in their jackets until tender. Drain and peel. Cut into thick lengthwise slices. Brush with melted butter and place on baking pan under broiler flame. Broil, turning several times until golden brown. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
