GRILLED POTATOES AND VEGETABLES 
Scrubbed potatoes (unpeeled)
Sliced onion (1/4 inch)
1/4 to 1/2 c. butter
Fresh vegetables-carrots or green beans or mushrooms, or other favorite choice

Line a baking dish with aluminum foil. Slice potatoes and onions about 1/4 inch thick. Lay them in the baking dish. Clean and cut vegetable and put in dish with potatoes and onions. Stir with your hands. Slice the butter and put on top of potato mixture. Cover with foil. Grill on medium to low heat approximately 30 to 45 minutes. This recipe can be adapted for any quantity you wish to make.
