BANANA SPLIT 
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
4-5 sliced bananas crosswise
1/2 gal. Neapolitan ice cream
Graham cracker crust, about 30 crackers
1 1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Cover bottom of pan with cracker crumbs. Arrange sliced bananas. Spoon softened ice cream over top of bananas.

Melt chocolate chips and butter. Add powdered sugar and milk. Boil 8 minutes. Stir constantly. Remove and cool.

Pour cooled chocolate sauce over ice cream. Freeze. Spoon 1 cup whipped cream over sauce. Sprinkle with nuts. Freeze awhile before serving.
