3 CHEESE PASTA 
3 tbsp. oil
Garlic
1 red pepper, cut in thin strips
Pasta
3 oz. Parmesan cheese
3 oz. Romano cheese
3 oz. Provolone cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute garlic and pepper in oil. Boil pasta and add to boil mixture. Toss cheeses together. Toss all together.
