TERIYAKI MARINADE 
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. sherry
1/4 c. peanut oil
1-2 tbsp. grated gingerroot
1-2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 tsp. grated orange rind

Combine all ingredients. Leave the steak in this mixture for several hours. Turn frequently. This marinade seems to be particularly good for flank, skirt and sirloin steaks. Makes 1 1/4 cups.
