TERIYAKI MARINADE 
4 lb. flank steak, run through tenderizer & cut into finger strips, 1 1/2" wide (cut across grain of meat)

MARINADE:

1 can beef consomme
1/2 c. soy sauce (not quite)
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 garlic bud crushed or dehydrated
1 tbsp. lemon or lime juice
2 tbsp. brown sugar or honey
1/2 tsp. powdered ginger

Marinate meat for 24 hours. Barbecue about 5 minutes on each side.
