NOODLES ROMANOFF FOR 50 
Oven at 350 degrees. Bake 45 minutes.

Makes 50 portions - 2 pans 12 x 20 x 2 inches. Portion: 5 ounces.

3 lbs. noodles
3 gals. water, boiling
3 oz. salt
1 tbsp. vegetable oil (optional)

Cook noodles according to directions. Drain.

10 oz. butter
6 oz. onions, chopped

Saute onions in butter until tender.

4 oz. all-purpose flour
1 oz. (1 1/2 tbsp.) salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Add flour and seasonings to onions, stirring constantly. Cook 5-10 minutes.

1 1/4 qts. milk

Add milk gradually to flour mixture, stirring constantly. Cook until thickened.

4 oz. Parmesan cheese
2 lbs., 8 oz. cottage cheese
2 1/2 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. paprika

Add cheese, sour cream, and paprika to sauce. Combine noodles and sauce.

8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Scale pasta mixture into two 12 x 10 x 2 inch counter pans, 8 pounds per pan. Sprinkle with cheese, 4 ounces per pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until heated through.

NOTE: Linguini or other pasta may be substituted for the noodles.
