NO PEEK CHICKEN | |
1 1/3 c. reg. rice 1 chicken, cut up and rinsed 1 env. Lipton onion soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 1/2 cans milk Mix together cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soups and milk. Put rice in bottom of roaster of pan and pour a little soup mixture over top. Add cut up chicken; sprinkle onion soup on chicken and pour the rest of the cream soup mixture over chicken. Cover tightly. Put in a 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours and DON'T PEEK! |
