ORANGE RICE 
3 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. celery, chopped
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. grated orange peel
1 c. orange juice
Dash salt
1 c. uncooked rice

Saute onion and celery in butter. Stir in water, orange peel and juice. Add rice, salt and simmer 20 minutes.
