AUNT TRACY'S PORK CHOPS 
6 boneless pork chops, 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick
1 egg
1 tsp. water
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Italian bread crumbs

Rinse pork chops and pat dry. Mix egg, water and Worcestershire sauce. Worcestershire sauce amount can be adjusted to suit your taste. Dip chops in egg mixture then coat thoroughly with bread crumbs. Place on a rack in a baking dish. Sprinkle tops of chops with extra Worcestershire sauce if desired. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes according to thickness of chops.
