BREADED PORK CHOPS 
8 quick fry pork chops
Italian bread crumbs
1 egg
1 tbsp. milk
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 onion, chopped
2 tbsp. olive oil

Whisk egg and milk together. Dip pork chops in egg and then bread crumbs. In a non-stick skillet, place olive oil, garlic and onion. Saute until transparent. Add breaded pork chops and cook over medium heat for approximately 10 minutes on each side until medium to dark brown. 4 servings.
