MARINER'S PASTA SALAD | |
1/2 lb. pasta spirals 2 1/2 tbsp. sliced black olives (optional) 2 oz. cooked crab, imitation crab can be used 2 oz. cooked shrimp 2 1/2 tbsp. diced green peppers 2 tbsp. creamy Italian dressing 2 1/2 tbsp. diced red peppers (or as much as you like) 2 1/2 tbsp. diced celery 1 1/2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese Cook pasta spirals until done. Drain and cool. Shred crab. In a large bowl, combine crab with pasta and mix well. Add the diced green and red peppers, celery, black olives and shrimp and toss well. Mix dressing with pasta salad until it appears evenly coated. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. |
