1 lg. box Rice Chex or Crispix
1 bag pretzels
1 jar roasted peanuts
1 stick butter
1 c. peanut butter
12 oz. bag chocolate chips
1 box powdered sugar

Melt butter, peanut butter and pour over chex, pretzels and peanuts. Now add chocolate chips. Cool then add powdered sugar and mix well. Store in tight container.
