PIZZA STEAK 
3 tbsp. cooking oil
4 or 5 serving size pieces of cubed steak
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 tbsp. minced onion
1 bay leaf

Mix 1/4 cup flour, 2 tablespoons salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Roll steak in flour mixture.

In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Brown steak on each side. Remove steak, reduce heat. Stir in fat 1 tablespoon flour and brown. Add tomato sauce, water and tomato paste, oregano and onion. Stir until a little thick. Reduce heat to low, let simmer about 5 minutes. Place steak in 2-quart baking dish. Pour sauce over meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
