SNOWBALL CAKE 
3 pkgs. Dream Whip
1 lg. angel food cake
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
6 oz. pkg. frozen coconut
Juice of 1 lemon
1 c. sugar
2 env. Knox gelatin

Soften gelatin in 4 tbsp. cold water. Add 1 cup boiling water, pineapple, sugar and lemon juice. Mix well and chill until set.

Whip 2 packages Dream Whip and add to gelatin mixture. Mix well.

Pinch cake into small pieces and add to gelatin mixture. Stir well and pack in wax paper lined 4 quart bowl. Refrigerate overnight. Turn on cake plate.

Whip 1 package Dream Whip and spread over cake. Sprinkle with coconut.
