1 lg. bunch or bag spinach (1 lb.), washed & dried
4 green onions, chopped
1 lg. red apple, chopped unpeeled
5 slices bacon, fry crisp & crumble

DRESSING:

1/4 c. honey
1/2 c. good red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground black pepper
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. olive oil

Whip dressing ingredients together. Combine salad ingredients and toss at last minute with desired amount of dressing. Serves 4-6. Ingredients for dressing makes enough for several salads.
