MEAT ROLL 
2 c. Jiffy Biscuit mix
1/2 c. milk

Flour lightly and roll out like a pie crust. 1 can mushrooms 1 soup can milk 1 med. onion 1 can mushroom soup

Brown hamburger, onions, and mushrooms. Drain off excess grease. Add 1/2 can mushroom soup and 1/4 cup milk to hamburger mixture. Spread out mixture over biscuit dough and roll up like a jelly roll.

Bake meat roll at 350 degrees until brown, about 20 minutes. Mix remaining mushroom soup and 1/2 soup can of milk and pour over meat roll. Serve when soup glaze is hot.
