CHEESE-MEAT ROLL 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. diced onion
15 oz. can tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. mixed herbs
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. shredded Mozzarella

Combine meat, egg, crumbs, onion, 1/3 cup (I use a little more) tomato sauce and spice. Mix well and shape into 12x10 inch rectangle on sheet of waxed paper. Sprinkle cheese on meat. Roll jelly roll fashion. Seal edge. Place on baking dish. Microwave 8-10 minutes on high power. Drain off fat and pour remaining sauce over. Bake another 3 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
