NO NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground meat
1 can tomato sauce
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. basil leaves
1 tsp. oregano leaves
12 oz. cottage cheese
1/2 c. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 lb. zucchini (cut into 1/4 inch thickness lengthwise) opt. to peel zucchini
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. shredded Mozzarella

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Brown meat and drain. Stir in tomato sauce, garlic salt, basil leaves, oregano leaves. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered until consistency of spaghetti sauce (10 minutes).

Layer 1/2 of zucchini slices, sprinkle flour, cottage cheese, meat mixture and Mozzarella. Sprinkle with Romano or Parmesan. Repeat layers. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes. Let stand 20 minutes before serving.
