FRENCH JAM ROLL-UPS 
12 slices stale bread, rolled flat
1/2 c. jam
1/3 c. milk
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
Confectioners' sugar

Remove crusts if desired, spread each slice with 2 teaspoons jam; roll up. In small bowl, beat milk, eggs, sugar and nutmeg. Dip each roll-up in egg mixture and grill on all sides until golden. Serve warm sprinkled with confectioners' sugar and additional jam if desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
