1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg white
1 c. whipped cream
1 (7 1/2 oz.) pkg. vanilla wafers, crushed

Combine strawberries, sugar, and egg white in large mixing bowl and whip with electric mixer 15 minutes. A large volume will be obtained. Fold in whipped cream. Spread crushed wafers in bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Reserve several tablespoons crumbs for top. Pour mixture over crumbs and sprinkle a few on top. Freeze.
