STRAWBERRY SOUR CREAM PIE | |
4 eggs 1 c. dairy sour cream 9 inch unbaked pie shell or graham cracker crust 1 c. sugar 1 pt. fresh strawberries or other fruit peaches are very good Beat together eggs and sugar; blend in sour cream. Halve enough fruit to measure 2 cups, use remaining fruit for garnishing. Arrange fruit in pie crust. Pour sour cream mixture over fruit. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until custard is set. Serve warm or cold. Makes one 9 inch pie. |
