2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. Miracle Whip
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. cocoa for dark cake (optional)

Mix ingredients just enough to blend. Oven at 375 degrees. Bake in 2 layer pans until done. This cake is delicious and moist.
