MIRACLE WHIP SALMON LOAF 
2 c. flaked salmon
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1 c. undiluted condensed cream of celery soup
1 beaten egg
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. fine bread crumbs

Combine 1/2 cup Miracle Whip with 1 cup celery soup. Add beaten egg, 1/2 cup chopped onion, 1/4 cup chopped green pepper, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon salt. Add flaked salmon and 1 cup fine bread crumbs. Mix well. Bake in greased 8 x 4 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
