1 c. Miracle Whip
3 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 chicken breasts (1 lb.)
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. salsa sauce

The 2 chicken breasts must be skinned, boned and cut into one inch cubes. Preheat oven 450 degrees. Mix all ingredients together except chicken and bread crumbs. Coat chicken well with crumbs. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake 425 degrees 18 to 20 minutes.
