1 lb. soft butter 18 oz. super crunchy peanut butter 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips 2 1/2 lbs. powdered sugar 1/2 - 1/3 stick paraffin 3 tsp. vanilla Mix butter, peanut butter and vanilla. Gradually add powdered sugar. Roll in balls. Chill. Melt paraffin and chocolate chips in double boiler. Dip balls with toothpick. Add enough paraffin so chocolate chip dip will set up immediately. |
