BUCKEYES 
1 lb. peanut butter
1 1/2 lb. powdered sugar
1/2 lb. butter, softened
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Blend peanut butter, sugar, butter, and vanilla in large bowl. Shape into balls and chill in freezer until hard. Melt chocolate chips in double boiler. Dip balls in chocolate with toothpick to look like buckeyes. Put on wax paper and freeze until chocolate is hard. Can store in freezer. Preparation 25 to 30 minutes. Yield: 5 dozen.
