GREEN BEANS VIENNESE 
1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen cut green beans
1/4 chopped onion
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. plain flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/2 c. chicken broth
2 tbsp. snipped parsley
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
1/2 c. sour cream

Cook beans according to package, drain. Meanwhile, in saucepan cook onion in butter until tender. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Add broth, parsley, vinegar, and dill. Cook and stir until bubbly. Stir into sour cream. Add to beans. Heat mixture until hot but don't boil. Turn into serving bowl. Makes 8 servings.
