12 oz. bag butterscotch bits
1 c. peanut butter
1 stick butter
1 lg. box Rice Chex
1 lb. box confectioners' sugar

Combine butterscotch bits, peanut butter and butter. Microwave 2 minutes on high. Stir. Pour over Rice Chex and coat. Pour into small clean trash bag. Cover with confectioners' sugar and shake to coat.
