POTATO WEDGES 
Unpeeled potatoes
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. each garlic powder and paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper

Slice potatoes into 1/2 inch thick wedges.

Combine ingredients and brush over potato wedges. Arrange potatoes peel side down. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Brush potatoes occasionally with oil mixture.
