PRAIRIE POTATO WEDGES 
3 med. baking potatoes, scrubbed
3/4 c. herb seasoned stuffing, crushed
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp.. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. melted butter

Cut each potato lengthwise into 8 equal pieces. Dip each wedge in melted butter. Then coat with stuffing mixture. Place wedges on lightly greased baking sheet. Pour remaining butter around wedges. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 400 degrees until tender. A nice change better than a French fry.
