SEASONED POTATOES 
potatoes- according to family needs
1/2 to 1 c butter or better butter, softened
1/2 c parmesan cheese
1 tbsp seasoned salt

Peel potatoes, wash, cut into wedges. Combine next three ingredients in a gallon plastic self sealing bag. Mix together, thoroughly combining butter with seasonings. Add potato wedges, coat well with butter mixture. Place wedges on foil covered cookie sheet.

Bake at 350°F till potatoes are tender.

Hint- I keep my bag in the freezer to reuse. I don't have to add as much coating ingredients the next time.
