MASHED GARLIC SEASONED POTATOES 
4-6 potatoes
1 tsp. butter
1/3 cup milk
1-2 tsp. garlic salt (or less, to taste)

Cut up potatoes after peeling the skin off. Boil in water until potatoes are soft. Drain water in a strainer. After putting potatoes back in the pot, start to mash the potatoes. Add butter and milk. After making it smooth, add the garlic salt.

Serve warm.
