POTATO WEDGE BROILED 
2 lg. baking potatoes
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. salt

Arrange potatoes on a foil-lined cookie sheet. Brush with oil and broil 4 inches from heat for about 10 minutes. Brush with butter mixture, broil 5 minutes longer, or until lightly browned and tender.
