ZUCCHINI AND DILL FRITTERS 
2 med. size zucchini grated
1 sm. onion, grated
1 tbsp. fresh chopped dill or tsp. dried
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. flour
Oil for frying

Combine the zucchini, onion, dill, and egg, and bind with enough flour to form a moist dough. Drop by tablespoonfuls into hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides. Drain on paper towels.
