5 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. lard
1 egg

Mix flour, salt, and lard until crumbly. Put 1 egg in measuring cup, beat egg, add water to make 1 cup of liquid. Make into 5 balls and freeze if desired, or make pie crusts and freeze until you use.
