CHICKEN SUPREME 
5 oz. jar or 1 pkg. dried beef
8 slices bacon
1 c. sour cream
10 1/2 oz. can mushroom soup
4 chicken breasts, skinned, boned and split in half (8 pieces)

Grease a 9 x 13 glass baking dish. Spread the dried beef in the bottom. Wrap a strip of bacon around each piece of chicken and place over beef. Mix together soup and sour cream and pour over all.

Bake, covered, at 300°F for 2 hours.

Bake, uncovered, for the last 30 minutes.

This can be prepared in advance by refrigerating and baking, uncovered, when needed.
