CHICKEN SUPREME | |
4 whole chicken breasts 8 oz. sour cream 1 can cream of chicken soup 3 c. crackers (Ritz or Town House crushed) 1 stick butter, melted Cook and debone chicken. Place in 8 x 10 inch baking dish in bite-size pieces. Mix together soup and sour cream. Pour evenly over chicken. Mix crackers and melted butter. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. To make a 9 x 13 inch chicken supreme just double recipe. |
