BAKED CHICKEN BREAST SUPREME 
6 boneless chicken breasts
2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. lemon juice
4 tsp. Worcestershire
4 tsp. celery salt
2 tsp. paprika
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 3/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. shortening

Combine sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire, celery salt, paprika, garlic, salt and pepper. Add chicken coating well. Let stand in refrigerator overnight.

Next day, preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Roll chicken in bread crumbs. Arrange in single layer in shallow baking pan. Melt butter and shortening. Spoon half over chicken. Bake uncovered 45 minutes. Spoon rest of butter mix over chicken. Bake 15 minutes longer.
