FLUFFY EGG NESTS 
2 eggs
2 pieces hot buttered toast
Salt and pepper
Bowl
Mixer

Separate eggs, put whites in a bowl, leave yolks in shell. Beat egg whites with rotary beater or mixer until stiff peaks form. Heap onto toast, make a hollow in the center of both mounds. Slip egg yolks into hollow, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees until meringue whites are browned and yolk is as you like it.
